Real Estate News - Home Price Gains Strong; Sarasota Area Strongest in South
Home prices in the second quarter increased at a strong rate in most metropolitan areas compared with the same period a year earlier, according to the latest survey by the National Association of Realtors.  The strongest increase in the southern region was Sarasota, Florida, where the second-quarter median price was 29.9 percent higher than a year earlier.  Read the full story
